$90,000-$136,000 Position Summary Utah Cancer Specialists is seeking an experienced, analytical Finance Manager to support financial operations and strategic growth across our multi-site healthcare organization. Reporting to the CFO, this role will oversee FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, revenue-cycle analytics, cash management, and executive decision support. The ideal candidate can translate complex financial data into actionable insights and collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, accounting, revenue-cycle, HR, and executive teams. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning. Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and executive dashboards. Develop financial models and ROI, scenario, break-even, and cash-flow analyses for strategic initiatives and investments. Analyze revenue-cycle performance, including collections, A/R, denials, payer mix, reimbursement, and revenue integrity. Evaluate payer contracts, reimbursement changes, and revenue opportunities. Develop cash-flow forecasts and support liquidity, working capital, banking, debt, capital budgeting, and reserve management. Support month/year-end close, financial controls, compliance, and multi-entity reporting. Identify opportunities to improve systems, automate processes, and strengthen data integrity. Partner with leadership to identify financial risks, opportunities, and performance improvements. Lead or support strategic projects, system implementations, and process improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field. 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or revenue-cycle experience. Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement knowledge. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/data-management abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, organization, judgment, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare, physician practice, oncology, medical group, hospital, or provider experience. Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, payer contracting, and revenue-cycle operations. Multi-site or multi-entity experience. Experience with provider productivity, compensation, or service-line profitability. Experience with NetSuite, Power BI, Paylocity, or similar systems.
