Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated Intrathecal Therapy Account Manager to support daily operations, manage infusion‑related medication workflows, and build strong relationships with clinics and patients. This role focuses heavily onimplantable infusionpump therapy, and candidates with experience in implantable infusion systems or related medical/pharmacy fields are strongly preferred. This position blends administrative coordination, patient support, and interaction with clinical staff. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, is confident speaking with clinics, and is willing to promote services that enhance care and strengthen clinic partnerships. Excellent customer service skills combined with a commitment to patient care and maintaining confidentiality are vital for success in this role. Hours are 8-5, Monday- Friday. Track, verify, and manage medication orders with accuracy and compliance. Coordinate clinic lunches, medication drops, and relationship‑building activities. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to support daily operations. Serve as the primary communication contact for internal teams and clinics.. Support workflow improvements and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance service quality. Use strong customer service skills to engage clinics and patients; confidently promote services when appropriate. Qualifications Experience with implantable infusion pump therapy, pharmacy or pain management experience helpful. Strong customer service skills and willingness to engage in sales‑oriented conversations. Excellent communication abilities with a professional, patient‑focused approach. Familiarity with EMR systems preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
