• 40 Hrs/Week Job Description We are seeking a Medical Management Specialist I with experience in both behavioral health and physical health to support medical management and health education programs for members enrolled in government healthcare programs.

This position will work directly with members, physicians, healthcare professionals, internal teams, community resources, and external vendors. The role involves clinical communication, health education, care management, medical data analysis, and regulatory reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct medical management and health education activities for members.
• Communicate with members, physicians, and healthcare providers regarding clinical needs.
• Support care management, condition management, and transition-of-care activities.
• Gather and analyze medical data for regulatory reporting.
• Assist with complex case management and member education.
• Coordinate with internal teams, providers, community resources, and external vendors.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required. Requirements
• Active, unrestricted RN, LPC, or LMSW license.
• RN candidates: 3+ years of direct clinical experience.
• Experience in behavioral health and physical health.
• 3+ years of managed care, wellness, care management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or government healthcare programs preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and healthcare databases.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel.
