You'll provide compassionate in home support to clients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. You'll monitor client well being, document care, and communicate changes to supervisors or family members. Responsibilities Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support safe transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility aids Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, tidy environment Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support Give medication reminders per care plan (no clinical administration) Monitor and report changes in client condition or mood Document care activities using company tools or mobile apps Follow infection control, safety, and privacy protocols Coordinate with supervisors, families, and care teams as needed Required Skills Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing) Safe patient transfer and mobility support Basic vital sign monitoring Meal preparation and nutrition awareness Light housekeeping and home safety Medication reminders (non-clinical) Infection control and hygiene practices Documentation and reporting Time management and scheduling Use of mobile apps for care documentation
