University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in Ypsilanti, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to promote their independence and well-being in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with mobility and transfers as needed to ensure client safety. Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to healthcare professionals. Perform light housekeeping duties including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirement Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related healthcare role preferred but not required. Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate compassion and patience. Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes in Ypsilanti, MI area. Basic knowledge of emergency procedures and infection control.
