Job Description

Job Overview Busy laboratory with high complexity that supports internal medicine and oncology practices seeks a full-time Medical Laboratory Technician or Scientist. Responsible for processing specimens in all areas of the laboratory to include Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Serology and Urinalysis. ASCP certification, board eligible or equivalent required. No weekends or holidays.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Must have the ability to plan, organize, and work independently; exhibits problem-solving skills.
Practices OSHA safety standards and complies with HIPAA at all times
Epic and/or MedCon experience a plus!

EDUCATION and / or

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE

High School diploma or GED and a graduate of an accredited program

REQUIRED.

Pay:

$25.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 36.0 per week
