Responsibilities include:

Assessing residents and monitoring changes in condition Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants and Medication Aides (CNAs/MACs) Maintaining accurate documentation Educating residents and families Responding calmly and effectively to changing resident needs Promoting a safe, respectful, and caring environment What We're Looking For Current RN or LPN license in good standing Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and critical-thinking skills Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required—we welcome new graduates and are happy to provide mentorship.
