Responsibilities Participate in the care planning process to help maximize each resident's potential. Supervise and work collaboratively with certified nursing assistants. Document assessments and resident care in compliance with standards of care and company policies. Educate residents and their families on health-related issues. Provide compassionate, quality nursing care to our residents. Qualifications Must have a valid LPN or RN license in the State of Alabama .
