Part-Time / Per Diem About the Position We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate LPN to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes on weekends . Previous home health or community-based nursing experience is required. This is a great opportunity for an experienced LPN looking for flexible weekend work or additional income. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor patients and report changes in condition. Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed. Follow individualized plans of care. Educate patients and families regarding their care. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Communicate with the healthcare team regarding patient needs. Provide compassionate and professional patient-centered care. Schedule Saturday and Sunday Weekend availability is required. Flexible scheduling based on patient needs. Opportunity for additional visits based on patient census. Qualifications Previous home health or community nursing experience required. Current, unrestricted LPN license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Reliable transportation. Ability to travel to patient homes. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Dependable and professional. Compensation $32 per completed weekend patient visit. Additional compensation may be available for designated holidays. Interested?
