Job Description

Operating over 130 programs with our 3,000 employees, we are expanding our services statewide and would like YOU to join our team! Here's what you will do: Play an essential support role in providing basic medical care, health monitoring and medication management for clients in recovery from substance use disorders. Maintain accurate nursing notes, med logs, incident reports, and progress notes. Document communication with providers, referrals, and follow-up care. Collaborate with case managers, primary care providers, outpatient addiction treatment centers, and mental health professionals. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical and recovery staff. Help maintain a structured, safe, and recovery-oriented environment.
