If you are an LPN or RN looking to have a consistent schedule or a flexible schedule tailored to meet your needs or only weekends in a small , well run and supportive SNF to improve the lives of the residents who live here and also come here for short term rehab, we want to hear from you. We currently have openings for 7-3 and 3-11 with opportunities to do doubles on some tuesdays and fridays. We are well known in the community, have solid reputations with area hospitals and organizations and are looking for nurses to complete our team. Responsibilities:
Provide basic care for patients with common illnesses or injuries, under the guidance and supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Manage medications and assist in the administration of treatment related to a variety of medical conditions. Confer with other health care professionals and review medical records to ensure that patients receive proper care. Assess patient's condition and determine the need for medical treatment or immediate care. Prepare, administer, and document medications according to established procedures. Operate, maintain, and monitor equipment used during patient examinations. Respond to emergency situations by activating an alarm or calling for help. Work as part of a team to meet the health care needs of patients.
