1 listed in system; facility is currently looking for 2 LPNs Position Overview Pinnacle Health and Rehab Sanford is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their Long Term Care team on a 13-week contract. Candidates should have at least 1 year of LPN experience and be prepared to provide quality care in an onsite long-term care setting. Due to recent candidate backouts, the facility is urgently looking for reliable candidates who are ready to commit to the assignment. Available Shift OptionsVariable Shift Candidates may work one of the following schedules: 3:00 PM

• 11:00 PM 11:00 PM
• 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• 7:00 AM Weekend Warrior 36 or 40 hours per week Available schedules include: 7:00 AM
• 7:00 PM Two 16-hour shifts

Compensation Base Rate:

$15.10/hour

Overtime & Holiday Rate:

$22.65/hour Meals & Incidentals (M&IE): $800/week

Housing Allowance:

$300/week

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay:

$1,704/week based on 40 hours
