Job Description

$27-$35/hr.
Summary:
Provides nursing services to the outpatient center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides client evaluation, medication evaluation, medication checks, medication administration, calls in prescriptions, sometimes may provide individual or group therapy and subsequent paperwork. Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, Provides crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team All other duties as assigned by supervisor
Units Billed Minimum Requirement:
Special Attributes:
Strong psychosocial, clinical assessment skills. Minimal supervision regarding use of time, able to prioritize work assignments. Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families. Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
May provide supervision as directed.
Qualification Requirements:

Experience:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and prefer one year of experience in nursing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
