•East Rutherford, NJ $40/Hour | 1:1 Pediatric Home Care | Day & Overnight Shifts Affirmed Home Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care for an infant in East Rutherford, NJ. This is an opportunity to provide hands-on care to a medically complex pediatric client while working closely with the child's family and Affirmed Home Care's pediatric clinical team.

Ventilator, tracheostomy, G-tube, and J-tube care
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
•7 DAYS A WEEK We are hiring for both daytime and overnight shifts:
Day Shift:
8:00 AM
•4:00
PM Overnight Shift:
8:00 PM
•8:00 AM LPNs may apply for day shifts, overnight shifts, or both , based on availability.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an LPN on this case, you will provide attentive, compassionate nursing care and help maintain the child's safety, comfort, and well-being.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current New Jersey LPN License 1 year of pediatric experience preferred — home care or acute care Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care Experience with G-tube and J-tube care Current BLS Certification Strong communication and clinical skills Dependable, compassionate, and attentive approach to pediatric care Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license preferred
HEALTH & COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be able to provide: Physical examination completed within the past 12 months PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past 12 months , or chest X-ray within the past 5 years Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
