Role:

As a Per Diem LPN, you will provide hands-on nursing care to residents while supporting the clinical and leadership needs of the unit. You will collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care. Our Per Diem LPN will be responsible for: Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans Administering medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation Performing clinical assessments and monitoring changes in residents' conditions Assisting physicians during rounds and exams Communicating effectively with residents' families and care team members Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations Fostering a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment

Your Qualifications:
