Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current LPN or LVN license (Nevada, or eligibility to obtain) Experience working with adolescents in an educational or pediatric setting preferred CPR/BLS certification required Strong assessment, communication, and documentation abilities Familiarity with school health policies, protocols, and confidentiality standards Comfortable performing vision/hearing screenings, first aid, and medication administration

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care, first aid, and urgent interventions for students and staff Manage chronic disease care plans and support students with medical needs throughout the school day Administer medications and conduct screenings following school policies Maintain health records and document interventions accurately Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to promote student wellness Support public health initiatives, staff education, and school-wide health campaigns
