Qualifications & Experience:

Active LPN or LVN licensure Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric patients preferred Competence and comfort providing toileting support Familiarity with supporting non-ambulatory students utilizing wheelchairs and walkers Strong communication and documentation skills Compassion, patience, and the ability to adapt to changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 care to a kindergarten student throughout the school day Provide safe transfer and mobility assistance (wheelchair and walker usage) Perform all toileting and hygiene-related tasks with dignity and discretion Monitor and assess the students physical status, reporting concerns as necessary Assist with lifting, repositioning, and other physical supports as needed Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure continuity of care and support Maintain accurate records of care provided and observations This role offers the chance to make a direct, meaningful difference in a childs daily life while working within a supportive educational environment.
