Responsibilities Provide skilled in home nursing care to pediatric and adult patients per physician orders. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies while monitoring patient responses. Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation and care notes. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team on care plans. Educate patients and families on disease management, equipment, and safety. Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising RN/physician. Maintain infection control, patient safety, and compliance with company policies. Operate and troubleshoot home medical equipment (e.g., ventilators, feeding pumps).
