About the Role As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will also have the opportunity to work with our staff to identify and address patient needs, respond to emergency situations, and maintain accurate and detailed records.
