Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and develop customized treatment plans. Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, gather feedback, and ensure comfort throughout sessions. Maintain detailed records of treatments administered and client progress in compliance with privacy regulations. Stay current with industry best practices and expand your skills through ongoing education and training opportunities. Uphold the highest standards of patient service by creating a welcoming, relaxing environment for all clients. Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards. Requirements Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist with active credentials. Proven experience in massage therapy, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and medical terminology familiarity. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pain management techniques, and patient assessment methods. Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is required. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work effectively in occupational health settings or med spa environments is preferred.
