$500/month Position Overview Omotenashi Spa & Massage is seeking a Licensed Mobile Massage Therapist to operate as an independent contractor under our wellness brand. This role is fully mobile — you travel to your clients, manage your own schedule, and maintain full control of your income. This is not an hourly position and not an employee role. You operate as your own business while benefiting from the professionalism, visibility, and hospitality‑driven reputation of the Omotenashi brand. This setup is ideal for therapists who want independence, flexibility, and full earning potential without the overhead of running a physical location.

What This Position Includes Monthly Contractor Fee:

$500 You keep 100% of your client revenue You set your own schedule You bring your own clients Operate fully mobile — no in‑office services required

referrals from the Omotenashi / FrenchBNB network when available Brand visibility through Omotenashi Spa & Massage Supportive, professional environment without employee restrictions Responsibilities Provide mobile massage services to your own clients Travel to client locations within your chosen service radius Maintain a clean, safe, and professional mobile setup Manage your own bookings, payments, and communication Follow all Iowa licensing, sanitation, and safety requirements Represent your business professionally under the Omotenashi Spa & Massage brand Qualifications Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in Iowa — required Minimum 1 year of professional massage experience Must have your own client base or be actively building one Must have your own massage table, linens, and mobile supplies Reliable transportation Professional, dependable, and self‑motivated Strong communication and client‑care skills

Compensation Structure Contractor Fee:
