We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and service-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. Compensation 40% commission on services $15/hour + tips while training and working toward commission No service charge deductions Responsibilities Perform professional massage services, including Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage Provide specialty services such as Hot Stone, Prenatal, Sports Massage, or other advanced modalities Consult with guests to understand their goals, concerns, and preferences Customize treatments based on each guest's individual needs Educate guests on self-care and the benefits of regular massage therapy Recommend appropriate services and treatment plans to support ongoing wellness Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and welcoming Create a professional, relaxing, and personalized guest experience Collaborate with our salon and spa team to create a seamless guest experience Continue developing your skills through ongoing education and training Qualifications Active Indiana Massage Therapy License Strong knowledge of massage techniques and bodywork Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and guest-focused Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications Certifications in specialty massage modalities Experience with client management or scheduling software Additional training in complementary wellness practices such as aromatherapy or reflexology Benefits & Perks Flexible scheduling 401(k) with profit-sharing Paid vacation and holiday breaks after one year of full-time employment Discounted Aflac benefits, including short-term disability, dental, and vision Company-provided products and treatment supplies Marketing and social media support to help grow your clientele Continuing education opportunities and assistance with specialty training Personal development reviews every 4-6 weeks Employee discounts on salon, spa, and retail services Opportunities for advancement and career growth Supportive, education-focused team environment Interested in Joining Us?
