Key Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy services based on each client's individual needs and preferences. Conduct consultations to understand client goals, concerns, and treatment preferences. Create a relaxing, comfortable, and professional environment. Maintain appropriate client records and treatment notes. Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and professional standards. Educate clients on appropriate wellness and self-care practices within your professional scope. Recommend appropriate services or treatment plans based on client needs. Encourage client rebooking and develop long-term client relationships. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting treatment room. Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and management. Stay current with massage therapy techniques, wellness trends, and industry developments. Contribute ideas that improve the client experience and support the growth of VM Beauty Spa.
