Key Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy services based on each client's individual needs and preferences. Conduct consultations to understand client goals, concerns, and treatment preferences. Create a relaxing, comfortable, and professional environment. Maintain appropriate client records and treatment notes. Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and professional standards. Educate clients on appropriate wellness and self-care practices within your professional scope. Recommend appropriate services or treatment plans based on client needs. Encourage client rebooking and develop long-term client relationships. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting treatment room. Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and management.
