Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and other modalities tailored to client needs Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure effective pain management Communicate clearly with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment procedures, and provide personalized recommendations Maintain accurate documentation of each session, including client progress and treatment details in compliance with health regulations Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health tips to support ongoing wellness outside of sessions Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation standards and maintaining equipment readiness Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and relevant medical terminology through ongoing professional development Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification to practice legally Proven experience in providing various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and others Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly Ability to communicate effectively with clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism during each session Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is required for emergency preparedness Prior experience with pain management techniques and occupational health considerations is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for all clients Join us in delivering top-tier massage therapy services that enhance health and happiness!
