In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote healing, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatments rooted in a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health massages tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Work closely with chiropractic team on treatment objectives Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate massage therapies for pain management and relaxation Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment plans and client progress notes in compliance with privacy regulations Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols, including CPR certification requirements Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized care that exceeds expectations Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and advancements in medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Skills Proven experience in patient service with a focus on customer satisfaction and client communication Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to massage therapy and occupational health Expertise in various massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and pain management techniques Ability to assess patient needs accurately through client communication and physical evaluation Familiarity with CPR certification standards and safety procedures for healthcare providers Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development in massage therapy practices and industry standards Join us in delivering outstanding wellness experiences that help clients feel revitalized, relaxed, and healthier every day!
