Overview We are looking for a caring, upbeat, and dependable Clinical Assitant to join our TMJ/Snoring Solutions practice in Rogers, AR. Our office specializes in non-invasive, holistic TMJ and craniofacial pain therapy, along with snoring solutions, in a calm and patient-focused setting. What You"ll Do Assist the Dentist during patient care and treatment visits Communicate with patients in a warm, professional, and confident manner Help patients feel comfortable, informed and supported throughout their visit Schedule appointments and support daily patient flow Manage patient information in our EHR software and follow up with patient calls Support back-office organization and clinical readiness Follow sterilization and infection control procedures Blood drawing on patients for PRF procedures What We're Looking For Highly motivated, dependable and willing to learn Compassionate and patient-focused Honest, adaptable, and team-oriented Upbeat, outgoing personality with the ability to talk comfortably with patients Strong computer skills, technology strong office Comfortable working in an in-person clinical setting Somone who is not just looking for a paycheck , but wants to make a difference Qualifications Certifications in Dental Assisting or Medical Assisting preferred X-Ray Certification required Dental or Medical assisting experience preferred Proficiency in dental terminology, HIPAA regulations, and dental office protocols Sterilization skills and knowledge of infection control procedures EHR knowledge is a plus Phlebotomy skills are a bonus, must be willing to learn New to TMJ? No problem.
