Job Overview Join our team as a vital contributor to daily patient care at a busy family medicine clinic in Rogers, AR. Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures Take and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature (patients of all ages) Prepare patients for exams by reviewing medical history, current medications, current problems (Patients of all ages) Perform clinical tasks such as medication injections, rapid screening tests (flu, strep, UA), and vaccinations (patients of all ages). Use of electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) Support administrative functions including patient intake, appointment scheduling Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to safety protocols and infection control standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Medical Assistant. Certification Required (CMA/RMA). Family Medicine and/or Pediatric Experience preferred. Experience with pediatric vaccinations a plus. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and electronic health records management. Familiarity with Athena Health EHR a plus Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent is required; additional certifications such as phlebotomy or medication administration are a plus. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately across diverse patient populations off all ages Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced/busy environment.

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
