Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including collecting medical histories and vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. Prepare examination rooms, ensure cleanliness, and organize necessary supplies for procedures. Perform clinical tasks such as injections, some wound care and specimen collection. Document patient information accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and manage medical records efficiently. Support medical office management by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance details, and managing patient flow. Conduct patient education on treatment plans, medication usage, and post-procedure care while maintaining a high level of patient service. Experience Prior medical office experience with wound care or infectious diseases preferred. Hands-on experience in hospital medicine or urgent care environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and electronic health records management is essential for accurate documentation.

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
