Medical Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a very outgoing, enthusiastic, and friendly individual to join our team. Your role as a Medical Administrative Assistant is critical in creating an overall remarkable experience for our patients. You will greet patients coming into the office, make sure patients paperwork is complete and correct, schedule appointments, collect payments, and ensure patients follow their recommend treatment plan. Key Duties (but, not limited to):
  • Greet and assist patients in a professional manner
  • Maintain an organized front desk area
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and inquiries, directing them to the correct department
  • Perform follow up calls
  • Payment processing
  • Schedule patients
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management
Requirements:
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
  • Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues
  • Portray a positive attitude
  • Professional appearance
Position Hours:
Monday 8:15am
  • 7:00pm Tuesday 8:00am
  • 5:00pm Wednesday 8:15
  • 7:00pm Thursday 8:15
  • 6:00pm Friday 8:15
  • 1:00pm No Weekend Hours!

$16.00
