2 locations in OC Our busy and growing pediatric dental office is seeking an experienced Pediatric Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our front office team. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, friendly, and confident managing a fast-paced pediatric dental environment.Responsibilities:
- Manage daily front office operations and patient flow
- Supervise, train, and support front desk staff
- Handle scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and collections
- Ensure excellent customer service for children and parents
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and dental regulations
- Work closely with dentists and clinical staff to support office efficiency
- Prepare reports and assist with payroll and office management tasks
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of dental office management experience required
- Pediatric dental experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and practice management software (Fuse or Eaglesoft is ideal)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy pediatric setting
