We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and polished Dental Treatment Coordinator who understands dentistry, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable discussing treatment and finances with patients. This is not just a front desk position. The ideal candidate is someone who can build trust quickly, communicate confidently, help patients understand the value of their treatment, and guide them toward moving forward with recommended care. Responsibilities Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Help patients understand recommended treatment and next steps Discuss fees, financing options, and payment arrangements Follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled treatment Help improve case acceptance and maintain strong patient relationships Provide an exceptional patient experience throughout the office Assist with scheduling and patient flow when needed Answer phones and communicate professionally with new and existing patients Coordinate with doctors, clinical staff, and the front office team Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up systems Help create a welcoming, organized, and positive office environment The Environment Davie Designer Dental is a highly rated dental practice , and protecting that reputation is extremely important to us.
