This role splits time between two South Florida offices, overseeing daily operations and staff across both locations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise front desk and technical staff across both offices Manage insurance verification and claims processing Oversee billing, collections, and expense tracking Reconcile bills and accounts on a regular basis Handle vendor relationships and benefits administration Ensure all compliance paperwork and patient forms are completed accurately Monitor daily communications, including email Set and drive toward monthly office goals Track key performance metrics such as production and collections Hold staff accountable to performance targets and identify areas for improvement Qualifications Prior practice management or medical office experience required; optometry experience strongly preferred Sales experience a plus Strong leadership and organizational skills Familiarity with insurance and billing workflows Ability to work across two office locations Compensation & Benefits Starting at $22/hour, based on experience Performance-based bonus incentives Paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for growth and pay review
