Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Store Manager to lead our location and drive overall store performance. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving sales coaching and developing associates, creating a positive and accountable team culture, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The Store Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals, maximizing vehicle purchases, and leading the day-to-day success of the store. Automotive experience is not required. We welcome candidates with successful management experience in retail, banking, hospitality, wireless, furniture, or other sales-driven industries.
