Office Manager - Pediatric Dental Practice We're looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Office Manager to lead the front office at our kids' dental practice! If you love working with children and families, have a knack for keeping a busy office running smoothly, and know your way around Dentrix Ascend, we'd love to meet you. About Us We're a friendly, fast-paced pediatric dental office dedicated to making every visit a positive experience for our young patients and their families. What You'll Do Oversee daily front office operations, including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and insurance verification Manage the practice using Dentrix Ascend (scheduling, billing, patient records, reporting) Supervise and support front desk staff, ensuring a friendly, efficient patient experience Handle billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable/payable Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA Resolve patient concerns with patience and a positive attitude Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to keep the schedule running smoothly Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships Support hiring, onboarding, and training of office staff What We're Looking For Experience as an office manager in a dental or medical practice (pediatric experience a plus!) Hands-on experience with Dentrix Ascend required A genuinely warm, patient, and friendly demeanor — you'll be a big part of making kids feel comfortable Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills with patients, parents, and staff Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures Ability to stay calm and kind under pressure What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Benefits — PTO A supportive, close-knit team environment Opportunities for growth
