This is the perfect role to learn the ins and outs of healthcare operations: 📁 Medical Records & Data Entry Organize and maintain patient records Upload and manage physician orders and care plans Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation 📞 Office & Customer Support Answer calls, emails, and assist caregivers and staff Provide friendly, professional support to your team 🗂️ Administrative Support Scan, file, and manage important documents Help keep the office running smoothly day-to-day 👥 Onboarding & Compliance Support Assist with new hire paperwork and employee files Help ensure all credentials and requirements are up to date 💵 Payroll Support Review timesheets and assist with payroll questions Learn key processes that support caregivers in the field What We're Looking For Perfect for New Grads or Entry-Level Candidates!
