Our multi-specialty practice includes Orthopedic and Pain Management physicians, Chiropractic care, and Physical Therapy, providing comprehensive treatment for patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents. We are looking for a professional, organized, and patient-focused individual who can manage a fast-paced front desk while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers Verify patient information and manage PIP/auto accident cases Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Assist with general administrative and office duties Qualifications Medical office or front desk experience preferred Experience with PIP / personal injury cases is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills Basic computer and EMR experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience) Hours are: M-F 9:00-6pm Benefits (after 90 days) Health Insurance Options 401(k) with Employer Matching (after 1 year) Paid Time Off (PTO) Join a growing multi-specialty medical team dedicated to helping accident patients recover and return to normal life.
