Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Job description: Overview We are a professional and patient-centric team. Our goal is to provide the best dental care in a welcoming environment. We are seeking a friendly and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist with experience verifying insurances. The Dentist's Office Receptionist has a very important role in the operation of the office. Due to this, we're looking for someone who has exceptional telephone etiquette and is able to multitask effectively. The right candidate will exhibit a strong knowledge of the dental field and the ability to perform administrative duties in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Enter patient information into computer. Answer phones and direct calls. Schedule patient appointments. Verify insurances Manage referrals. File insurance forms. Handle patient payments and refunds. Make change for patients. Greet patients and direct them to the correct dental personnel. Provide patient history to dental staff.
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday (8-5pm)
