Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner in both English and Spanish Answer and direct incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk calendar Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays at time of service Maintain and update accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system Communicate effectively between patients and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and correspondence with professionalism and empathy Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and medical documentation

Requirements:

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required Prior experience in a medical front desk, receptionist, or healthcare administrative role preferred Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance verification, and EHR systems Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient-first attitude Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office High school diploma or equivalent required; medical administrative certification a plus
