As a Unit Secretary, you will be responsible for: Providing administrative support to our healthcare team, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and updating medical records Maintaining accurate and organized patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Assisting with scheduling, coordinating, and communicating with staff, residents, and families Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care
