Appointment Scheduler - Cardiology Practice Join Our Growing Cardiology Team! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Appointment Scheduler to become an important part of our busy cardiology practice.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently Answer incoming calls and assist patients with professionalism and compassion Verify patient information and insurance details Manage appointment confirmations and rescheduling requests on a daily basis Maintain accurate records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications:

Previous medical office and scheduling experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment EPIC experience is a plus Cardiology experience is helpful but not required Why Join Us?
