JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a positive, energetic, outgoing addition to our team. Our growing medical practice is seeking to hire a full-time medical scheduler. Our ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly with our team and patients and our referral sources. Must be a team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Scheduler/Receptionist is responsible for checking in patients, scheduling , answering phone calls, verifying insurance, gathering medical records and communicating with referring offices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Scheduling for a medical office experience is preferred, not necessary. Must have good communication skills. Must work well with patients and team, and also be highly organized with a willingness to learn.
