ABOUT THE POSITION

This is more than a traditional front desk role. Our Member Experience & Sales Associates help current members have an exceptional experience while supporting studio growth through lead follow-up, membership sales and community outreach. This position combines sales, customer service, relationship-building and studio operations, with occasional opportunities to represent StretchLab at community events, wellness fairs and local business pop-ups.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Member Experience Build meaningful relationships with current members and prospective clients Learn about each person's goals and recommend appropriate StretchLab services Follow up with leads by phone, text and email Schedule and confirm introductory stretches and member appointments Conduct studio tours and explain membership options Present membership and retail options confidently Work toward individual and studio sales goals Assist current members with scheduling and account questions Studio Operations Welcome and check in members and guests Manage scheduling and daily front desk responsibilities Maintain accurate client information and follow-up notes Keep the studio clean, organized and professional Work independently and remain productive during quieter periods Collaborate with Flexologists and other front desk team members Community Outreach and Marketing Occasionally represent StretchLab at community events, wellness fairs and local business pop-ups Assist with local partnerships, promotions and grassroots marketing efforts Help capture photos and short-form videos for social media and participate in studio content when comfortable Bring creative ideas for engaging members and promoting the studio locally

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A

genuine interest in health, fitness and wellness Friendly, confident and comfortable starting conversations Sales-minded, self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized, dependable and attentive to detail Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional, positive and team-oriented Interested in becoming a consistent and valued part of our team An interest in social media, marketing or community engagement is a plus Previous sales, customer service, fitness, wellness, hospitality or front desk experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. College students with consistent availability are encouraged to apply.

SCHEDULE

Approximately 8-25 hours per week, depending on availability and studio needs Current needs include weekday daytime coverage and approximately two Saturdays per month Some afternoon, evening or community-event availability is helpful Flexibility to occasionally provide additional coverage during vacations or staff absences is strongly preferred We are open to working around college class schedules and creating consistent shifts around the availability of the right candidates

Studio Hours Monday-Thursday:

8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

Friday:

8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Saturday:

9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
