This role provides direct support and care to individuals while helping promote their safety, independence, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Provide direct care and daily support to individuals with . Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed. Provide supervision and maintain a safe and supportive environment. Encourage independence and appropriate social and behavioral skills. Observe and report changes in behavior or condition. Follow individual care plans, program guidelines, and safety procedures. Maintain accurate documentation as required. Work collaboratively with other staff and healthcare professionals. Perform other duties as assigned.
