This role provides direct support and care to individuals while helping promote their safety, independence, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Provide direct care and daily support to individuals with . Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed. Provide supervision and maintain a safe and supportive environment. Encourage independence and appropriate social and behavioral skills. Observe and report changes in behavior or condition. Follow individual care plans, program guidelines, and safety procedures. Maintain accurate documentation as required. Work collaboratively with other staff and healthcare professionals. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Minimum of 1 year of direct care experience preferred Experience in caregiving, behavioral health, Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), or a related direct-care role Current CPR/BLS certification TB test completed within the last 12 months Valid driver's license Fingerprint Clearance Card Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and comfortable working with individuals who may have behavioral or developmental needs This position is ideal for someone looking for a stable full-time schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. #IND2
