Total Compensation:

$140k-$150k A mission-driven healthcare organization based near Queens, NY is hiring Advanced Practice Providers to join their patient care team! This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference through direct patient care, health education, and community outreach.

What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients Take patient histories, make diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans Perform well-care exams, including gynecological histories and physicals as needed Write prescriptions and educate patients on their medications Track and follow up on referrals to specialists and outside agencies Support immunizations and phlebotomy as needed to keep patient flow smooth Promote health education on topics like preventive care, nutrition, chronic disease management, and family planning Provide occasional coverage at satellite locations in Brooklyn and Queens Collaborate in case conferences and support the development of medical protocols

What We're Looking For:
