(GPPC), part of Kaleida Health in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing group. Benefits Information RVU production incentive offered Health insurance, dental and vision coverage CME allowance and paid CME days off PTO days and Holidays Employer paid, occurrence-based malpractice insurance Job Description Providing care in outpatient setting to patients Making appropriate internal and external referrals Documenting care promptly and following charting protocols Ensuring appropriate follow-up for ordered care, including referrals and test results Maintaining familiarity with clinical guidelines Education And Experience Successful completion of an approved program for Physician Assistants. Registered in New York State as a Physician Assistant or possesses a limited work permit. Ability to practice excellent customer relation.
