General Nurse Practitioner Job in Tiptonville, Tennessee

Job Description

Provide patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Dickson and Tiptonville, Tennessee as part of a growing clinical team. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, no overnight or on-call duties, and close collaboration with physicians and facility staff to deliver evidence-based care. Opportunities also available nationwide in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Key details Part-time with flexible scheduling; six-hour facility shifts Rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. No call or overnight shifts Manage an average of 15-20 patient visits per day Conduct daily rounds, assess and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and create treatment plans Work alongside nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Company-provided iPad with LTE Compensation & benefits Competitive pay with earning potential above industry benchmarks Long-term retention incentive of up to $50,000 Performance-based bonus program Paid time off and 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible providers Employer-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability CME allowance and licensure reimbursement Company-provided iPad with LTE and a professional lab coat Qualifications Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license NP board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN) or PA certification (NCCPA) Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
