Job Description

Provide patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities in Tiptonville, Tennessee. This part-time, PRN role offers a flexible schedule with no call or overnight responsibilities and the chance to collaborate with physicians and facility staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Highlights Flexible PRN scheduling with six-hour facility shifts; rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. No on-call or overnight duties Average 15-20 patient visits per day Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment plans Work closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Company-provided iPad with LTE Compensation & benefits Competitive pay with earning potential above industry benchmarks Long-term retention incentive up to $50,000 Performance-based bonus program Paid time off; 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible providers Employer-paid life insurance; short- and long-term disability CME allowance and licensure reimbursement Professional lab coat provided Requirements Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license NP board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN) or PA certification (NCCPA) Board certified or board eligible in FM, IM, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
