Description . This on-site, contract position is based in Black River Falls and offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality healthcare in a supportive environment. As a Locum NP or PA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care within our hospital setting. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving the health outcomes of our patients while you work alongside a team of experienced medical professionals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results accurately Provide patient education and counseling to promote wellness Maintain accurate and timely medical records Assist in coordinating inpatient care and discharge planning Stay informed on best practices and advances in internal medicine Requirements Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Associate degree in a relevant field (Bachelor's preferred) Experience in internal medicine or a related specialty preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Professional demeanor and strong ethical standards Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
